No. Your regulator requires the submission to be your own work, and it has to stay that way. We comment, rank the gaps and tell you what evidence is missing. You write.
What happens if a competency is returned?
If your association returns any competency we reviewed, we work through it with you again at no charge. That is written into your confirmation email.
Yes. Every reviewer holds a P.Eng licence in Canada. This is the part most applicants are checking for, because an unlicensed reviewer can leave you in a grey area your association may not accept.
No. A licensed P.Eng reads your competencies and writes the comments. You can tell, because the comments quote your own sentences and refer to your own projects. We use software to help you draft, and that product is CBA Pro, but a review is a person reading your work.
