CertNova began with two university friends who met in 2012. Years of friendship, engineering conversations, and shared curiosity eventually turned into a simple question: why does the professional licensing journey feel so confusing for capable engineers?
That question became the beginning of CBA Pro.
CertNova Software Solutions Inc. is the product of that shared vision: trust, shared values, and years of collaboration turned into a mission to make professional growth more accessible, efficient, and impactful for Canadian engineering applicants.
One conversation was supposed to take 10 minutes. It lasted more than an hour. By the end, the idea for a guided CBA dashboard was no longer just an idea — it was something we knew we had to build.
