CertNova Software Solutiuons Inc. is the product of a shared vision between two university friends who met back in 2012. Over the years, our friendship grew stronger, built on a foundation of trust, shared values, and countless brainstorming sessions about the future.

Together, we realized that our combined skills and perspectives — from engineering and problem-solving to innovation and technology — could be harnessed to create something meaningful. CertNova isn’t just a business; it’s the embodiment of years of friendship and collaboration, where our passion for helping others has turned into a mission to make professional growth accessible, efficient, and impactful.

I’ve always been a dreamer and doer. As a kid, I loved taking things apart just to see how they worked—and then putting them back together again. That curiosity turned into a fascination with science fiction, where technology and imagination combine to create endless possibilities. It’s what led me to engineering, where solving problems and creating systems became my passion.

Along the way, I discovered it’s not just about technology. Meeting different people, hearing their stories, and seeing the world through their eyes opened my mind to new ideas. It’s about helping people and creating solutions that truly make a difference.

I grew up in a small family, inspired by my dad’s constant encouragement that I was destined to make a difference in the world. Today, I’m more focused than ever on how to make a meaningful impact in their lives.

For me, the answer lies in solving problems and helping to improve the quality of life for others. You might wonder how a Civil Engineering graduate found his way into tech, AI, and business. It’s simple: I discovered that the true reward in life is not only finding solutions but the joy of helping ‘my world’ grow stronger and better. Identified the challenge with Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) report writing for P.Eng licensure in Canada.

[Fun Fact: “The Call” that was supposed to be 10 minutes, ended in about an hour and 14 minutes!! But that’s where CBA Dashboard idea was born!]

Developed the MVP Beta Version of the logic and designed a high-fidelity CBA AI Dashboard Figma.

Selected to join the Start Program at Cultivator Powered by Conexus, a prestigious accelerator for startups in Regina, SK.

Released the CBA AI Dashboard MVP 1.0, which was successfully tested by 12 early adopters.
